Highlight
Pika Match is live on Koh Chang
- Not sure which shop to book? Tell us what you want to do and we'll match you with the right shops.
- All 8 Koh Chang dive shops verified with on-the-ground data.
- Map takes up the full screen — less chrome, more ocean.
Product / UX
- Shop data ownership is cleaner now. `LocationData` no longer duplicates shop listings; hub metadata/areas and canonical shop records are separated.
- Map pages now consume an explicit UI-facing listing view model instead of ad hoc listing shapes, which reduces schema drift ahead of the registry refactor.
- Dive site pages are now fully shareable — Open Graph previews, Twitter cards, and JSON-LD structured data so Google understands what the page is.
- All 16 Koh Chang dive sites now have full profiles — type, depth, difficulty, highlights, suitability.
Mapping
- Map now has a toggle between dive shops and dive sites, with richer popups for both.
Data / Coverage
- Pre-refactor data cleanup is in: launch gating moved out of the data layer and into app config, so strategy no longer distorts schema selectors.
- Hub and detail pages now resolve through registry selectors while URLs and hub-oriented routes stay unchanged.
- First shop-to-site relationship data is live for Koh Chang. Coverage is shown as plain factual data on shop and dive site pages where current notes explicitly support it.
- Shop-to-site coverage is being kept strictly informational for now: factual relationships only, no ranking or marketing treatment layered on top.
- Each of the 8 Koh Chang dive shops has its own profile page.
General
- Registry-first target types and selectors are now live, with legacy selector modules turned into compatibility wrappers over the new registry layer.
- Photos and video are live on the HTMS Chang profile, courtesy of Diving Koh Chang.
- Click any photo on a dive site page to expand it fullscreen. Arrow keys and swipe work too.

Product / UX
- Shop profiles now have a section for dive operators who want to claim their listing and get in early.
Mapping
- Koh Chang is on the map. 7 dive ops across Bang Bao pier and White Sand Beach, with more to come.
- The map now fills the full screen on hub pages. The ocean deserves the space.
